Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in the currency of your delivery country: Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for orders delivered within Pakistan and British Pounds (GBP £) for orders delivered to the United Kingdom. You can change your delivery country using the Ship to selector at the top of the page.
- Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure payment gateway.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Shipping & Delivery
- Sale items are delivered within 3–4 days of your order; all other items within 10–12 days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- If a returned item reaches us broken or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
