- Pakistan — all cities.
- United Kingdom.
Choose your country with Ship to at the top of the website. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistan and British Pounds (GBP £) for the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
- Sale items: delivered within 3–4 days of your order.
- All other items: delivered within 10–12 days of your order.
Each product page shows the delivery estimate for that piece. Times can vary with your location and the courier, and deliveries to the United Kingdom also pass through customs clearance, which can add time.
Delivery charges
- Pakistan: Rs. 500 on orders under Rs. 3,000; free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more (the order value after any promo discount).
- United Kingdom: any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packing
Ceramics and lamps are fragile, so every order is packed carefully to protect it on the way. Please keep the packaging until you have checked your order.
Order confirmation and tracking
- When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation.
- When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and your tracking number.
- Questions about your order? Reply to any of our emails or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If you need to change them, contact us as soon as possible — we can update them until your order is dispatched.
Damaged in delivery
If a piece arrives damaged, please tell us on the same day you receive it, with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will replace or refund it. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the order amount ready when the courier arrives.
